***OKIES in the BYC III ***

@artsyrobin Your paintings are beautiful. I don't mean to stalk, but you mentioned them so I went looking. That little rooster has to be about the cutest thing I've ever seen and I'm including that turtle.

Oddly, I haven't seen many turtles this year. Growing up they were everywhere, granted that was 20+ years ago and in Southeastern Oklahoma. I've grown soft which required me to be a little closer to the city when we moved back this year.

thank you- chickens stole my focus on pet portraits, so poultry kind of became my specialty, a peek at the latest for the Guinea Fowl Conference-

no usually we see alt of turtles, and haven't seen any out here- really odd

had Ansel(named him after a photography that did amazing black and white photography) out to get photos, can get him relaxed, he WANTS his pic taken

It's not a talent I've ever had. Oh well, now that I'm retired hopefully I can return to the hobbies that I set aside years ago. For now I'm still unpacking boxes and trying to get everything settled and keeping chickens vicariously through you guys.

because of his long legs, he is twice her height, so i am thinking he may end up with the bantam cochin girls- he is such a sweet personality
