***OKIES in the BYC III ***

I'm going through the problem of finding pullets myself. I'm not sure about the southeast but have found a few in the northeast. I found them on Craigslist for the most part.

I've found a few on Craigslist as well but some of the prices seem super iffy!like some are $15 which is great but then they were only selling some in bundles, and 4 chickens cost 75+? You got three hens and a rooster in most of the packs. I can't remember what breeds though..

Some of the ones I contacted had the same thing. I just ignored the original post and asked if they had any pullets for sale. Most said yes then listed what breeds. Worth a shot.

@miohippus I've been doing some reading on passiflora, an article I read said they don't always bloom true to seed. Does this one look like yours? (the maypop pic I posted)

I just bought some pullets. $8 each from a farm in Bristow. A farm in Broken Arrow had around the same price. Would have been $6 if I took them in a trio.

I still haven't had a chance to look for any pullets. I'm hoping to get around to it soon. Maybe I'll find a nice Welsummer, EE, or OE to mix up my flock a little more.

@Kassaundra I looked but they are not growing in that spot this year but I'm pretty sure that is what they looked like
