***OKIES in the BYC III ***

i was doing great at quitting smoking and then my oldest son really got to me, I am starting to quit all over again, day 2 now...

I still have a few wind generators to get done, housing authority energy conservation projects, and discussions with the city of Chickasha coming up soon. the tribes do a good job of keeping me busy.
We have a fund raiser for the wrestling booster club saturday so I'll be cooking hotdogs and hamburgers all day, Friday is a blood drive that I will be donating for. I hope to accomplish something sunday although I think that is the day I will be building a 10x10 storage for my sister on her new property that I cleared out two months ago. Have to start on her house soon too.
One of these days I will finish the kitchen in the house in Chickasha, it just needs cabinets installed but haven't had the time. of course I am also well in process of another project at that house too. I need to build me two or three more A-frame pens but it's just too hot to do anything.

Hi Cuban,

I'm not sure what to call it...technically, probably not anything. Serama's color genes are so mixed up that they aren't anything. We're trying to name our colors similar to OEGB colors. I have some that DO look more like a silver duckwing. Will get some photos soon. These picture are just something pretty that I have isolated from within my gene-pool....I also have isolated a chocolate and some sort of blue. It will take years before Seramas colors are sorted out like OEGB.

Carl you make me feel like a slacker! I got tired reading that.
I have alot to do but nothing compared to you! You should have
all kinds of empty pens with the down sizing you are doing! This is
one weekend I am looking forward to & I don't plan to do anything!

There was only one slate, a male, but I think the coral blue is a hen. If I remember right, all that are left are royal purples and/or browns or bronzes, maybe a lavender, maybe a couple of pearl grays, and one that is probably a powder blue or sky blue. I really like that nice, clear light blue, but know I have at least two adult males already, and no more secure space.
