Glad you got some of your original flock back! I know that is what you had been wanting. Did he had a pair of slates? I know you said they are your favorite. Do you happen to know what colors are left? I plan on driving up there to et the remainders. Just hoping they will throw as colorful keets as the others I have from your lines!

Wayne,

Glad you like the Silkied Serama...they will grow on you. Don't worry that they look like they've been through the shredder. They will molt around 4 months and look entirely different. I am still showing black Silkied Serama...mostly at breed Specialty shows. I'm also working on type and leg color in some other colors...not quite ready to show them.

I'm really taking a liking to this color...they remind me of a patch of Shasta daisies.

Kass, my husband works in Stillwater, so that's worth keeping in mind. Much as your husband would hate it, maybe he'll get one of those rush jobs soon.

Not bad just busy as normal running in three directions all the time. had to go get a list from housing authority of homes that need new windows, exterior and attic insulation. Have a group of builders i'm working with on PSO's energy conservation rebate program the elevated to 8K per home till Dec. and a few tribal housing authorities that will need the work done to qualify for the same program. 8K in rebates goes a long way and is really getting some attention.

You should check into yourself, between that program, the new homes program, and the IRS for energy effiecient construction you could clean house with the one you had built.
the IRS program allows up to 25k in direct tax credits ($1 for $1) for energy effecient construction.

We don't have PSO, so I don't get that one. I think my accountant told me what I needed on the rest. You are welcome to send me anything that you think I might need, always better to be safe.

What projects are you working on today?? How's the quitting going for you? Plans this weekend?
