POOPS stands for People Of Oklahoma Poultry Swap. It is a gathering of us chicken folks, with swaps, auction, food and fun as well as some good educational events too. It was even recognized by some television station a couple years ago.
If anyone can tell me where to get these for you I have no problem buying them and meeting you Sat. Totally bummed on the no strawberry habanero jelly.
Or Jarvis is practically my neighbor, just let me know if you need me.
Where will this POOPS gathering be this year? sounds like fun!

The Poops has not been decided yet, we are in the initial stages of setting it up! I did talk to Monty(Buckguy) yesterday and he said he was thinking about a Poops also and wanted to know how much interest there was in it! He said he would try to get on and see whats going on and try to start organizing things for it! He was one of the original starters!!! His mom is in the Hosp in Tulsa so I am sure prayers would be welcome there!!! Lynn

I'm definitely interested in POOPS again this year. Sending thoughts and prayers Monty's way for his mother and his family.

I'm also interested in NEOCS, which was held a few months later than POOPS. They are at different locations as well, so it helps those who live in widely separated parts of the state. I liked the facilities for both last year.

hey guys, what causes lesions on the inside of a birds throat? Captain, my bantam cochin roo has been shaking his head - checked and down in the throught it seems covered with cottage cheesy stuff....

Robin I don't have a guess, sorry! hope someone can chime in & offer advise.

Lynn, glad you heard from Monty! Awesome that he is still interested in POOPS & didn't forget about us. Hate to hear his mom isn't doing well, sending good thoughts his way.

Nana hope you got your cattle all tagged today. Everytime I leave the house I see more calves in the pastures around here.
