we were late getting there cause hubbys flight was delayed...we were standing near the door, (hubby was wearing a dirty red nomac jacket) then finally got a seat on the bleachers, surrounded by all the kids! I don't remember seeing your pullover...musta been too busy trying to see the dang chickens they were auctioning... if the kids weren't in the way, the people showing the birds/watching for bidders were

The only reason I bid on the blue sumatra is cause hubby was walking around looking at the birds and texted me the lot number....not cause I could see it

wish I had told him to look out for golden cuckoo marans

sorry but we usualy have the bleachers set up diferant but the local FFA hat a hog show the next day and we could not move them with there ring setup and the set of bleachers over in that corner where in a bad spot

I know what you are saying. Some of the younger kids that were there were getting pretty bored and restless towards the end of the auction but was glad to see young folks there!
The golden cuckoos layed the very next day which surprised me but I guess the stress caught up with them because they haven't layed since then. Hope you can find some.

Looks like you all had some awesome birds at the show Joe! Glad it was a good turnout. And it was neat to see people of all ages involved in the showing. I can't wait till I get to go back there again and stop and see your setup. You have so many new breeds since I was there last. I may have to rob a bank before I get there tho!lol
