Jcat, and others... Thanks for the condolences on the lost calf. Good news is I caught it in time before damage was done to cow. She should be fine! Yes, it was the funky spelling of incu...I mean inqubator. The guy was nice and found another for me at same price - one with a fan (I had asked if it had a fan). Of course this one was made of foam, and not redwood. Oh well, I am over it now...it all worked out in the end.Bardies, hope to meet you at Newcastle tonight. I will be there with my girls. Sorry about the calf. Was the redwood you were looking at here in Cement? There was one listed Thursday night & they spelled it wrong. Shared it with a few local people & the add is gone now.
Guineaguy I have some that color & considered them pastel. Wish I had pics of when they hatched to compare them too. Guinea colors are so complicated, but we love all of them!
Taron saw your pics Kass & said what pretty flowers. Our redbuds are not blooming either, but my alergies are already out of control.
Coral I am certain you will find great homes for your girls, dairy goats are hard to come by. I love my rebounder too, much easier on the knees than excercising on hard ground.
Bambi looks like she will kid in the next few days, her milk is really filling in. Yesterday I could fill her baby kicking as I was checking out her belly. Hope she makes a good momma.
Did the marathon Newcastle auction, and now have a gqf 1202.
Question though - even with a fan, the temperature is several degrees lower on the bottom tray than where the thermometer is. I have not found any info on how to deal with this. Any advice Okies?
Also, sorry for the delayed response... my handy laptop has decided that it does not want to even scroll through backyard chickens anymore. Sheesh...time to go out and get a new one!
I loved that pied peacock - he was beautifull!!!!!
Thanks for listening to my rant earlier...
