It Defiantly looks like it will be crested to me what kind is it?

It's a Swedish Flower Hen. There are some others that look to be growing crests but this one was right out of the egg.

Lucky! None of my 4 SFH are crested.

@shelbydog check back with me by about Christmas to jog my memory- I've got a million things going on right now. I will remember I'm saving some but I won't remember for whom....

Hey @Kyzmette , do you think this one will be crested? Lol, none of the others look like this! I had 9 total hatch.

Holy hairpieces! That chicken won't have a crest, it'll have a pompadour!

Red Feather I'm sorry you lost your chickie. I heard hanging old cds/dvds in the trees helps. The reflection is supposed to scare hawks away.

I am partial to very fluffy breeds. Ameraucanas aren't especially fluffy except for their beards.

I love fluff, rounded, and or bearded breeds silkies and AMs are currently doing the trick
