"along an axis". My phone doesn't know that "along" is a word, apparently. I just had to teach it the word. Where did I say anything about turning the eggs? sorry for the confusion. It's not easy to proofread on the mobile version either. Thanks Kyzmette! Every day gets better! We ran a water line to the chicken yard and orchard area today. THAT sure makes me happy- no more 5 gallon bucket hauls! I leave my eggs in the tray and just run the candling light over the tops and pull out the ones that look off. I don't know if candling during that time is problematic or not I haven't tracked my own candling schedule very closely but I would think what I do wouldn't affect the eggs because I'm not lifting, turning, and flipping the eggs. If it is true I would guess though that the effects would be very small because hens turn their eggs constantly with their feet as they are sitting on them, I doubt they stop turning them during days 11-14. Come to think of it EVERYONE turns their eggs during those days. I guess I'm confused on whatever you meant about an acid.Oh man I am going to have to take a look, too!
