I personally would see if it happens again, or if she has any other s/sx of distress, illness, or issue. A chicken getting dark red "blood clot" looking things in the egg is normal at the beginning of laying or at the end of laying. Did the egg smell off at all?
no smell that I noticed. No signs of illness. One of my birds was ill 20 days ago but fine now. She hasnt laid since we got her so thats why I thought maybe this is her egg? From being sick now better finally laying. Although shes an australorp and suppose to lay brown. This egg is more olive. My kids said she was acting weird today squawking and prancing after being in thr coop for a little while. I also have 2 juvenile auracauna/black maran mixes who are suppose to lay dark olive but non thus far. They are maybe 4mos 5mos old?
I agree that it may be from an olive egger rather than the Australorp. When a hen lays after a break for illness or molting, she can lay an egg with a thicker yolk, a smaller egg, an egg with blood/meat spots or an egg with no yolk ...even a leather/soft shelled egg. The nice hard shell means she has enough calcium in her diet.
And I agree with Kass....watch for the next egg and check it. As Subhannalah suggested, separating her or food coloring will help identify whose egg you are actually getting.
Tylan50 would help with the infection is she actually has one. If you don't like giving shots, you could give Amoxicillin 250mg pill for two days (FishMox at Walmart or Lincoln County Feed).
