I'd like to let the Modenas hatch a few but I don't have any plans to breed them. They breed too fast and we all know I can't hardly part with anything :-( I'd end up with hundreds of pigeons, just like chickens. I want to keep mainly just the 6 pairs I've got because they're so easy to take care of when there's not so many.
I suspect it'll take all of 1 hatch to get all the roosters you can handle lol You're more than welcome to one of mine but they do wear the feathers off the girls. That's why my boys are in bachelor yards. The boys that do have girls have like 20-40 girls each. I can't stand for my girls to have their feathers worn off :-(
Was the guy in Blair, OK named RogKat or something like that? I bought eggs from him and 10/11 hatched.
@Kassaundra ....when I'm done smacking you I'll hug you. I'm going to look at a solid black Holland Lop tomorrow and will probably get him, he's a baby. The cutest thing I've ever seen!!! Then my husband found one he wants to look at that shouldn't get over 3 lbs either. Jeez.
LOL well enjoy them. There are some intensely cute ones out there for sure.
