How sweet! There are two red merle females. The males are red merle, blue merle, and black bi. All will be for sale. If there had been a red bi female we would have kept one. They will be akc registerable. Mom is ASCA too but not dad.Nice thing about chicken wire is it can be tightened by folding areas and lacing a thin wire thru it to hold it in place. Between your PVC pipe framework, you can use a taunt strand of electric fence wire (because of it's steel strength) and tie the chicken wire to it. Of course your chickens aren't going to notice the way the chicken wire is attached as much as you will..... Quote:x 2 What color are the females? My Australian Shepherd Gracie is almost 11 years old and has a huge tumor. She is a red merle. I'm realistic enough to know I will soon have to replace her.

Being not patient maybe chickens is the wrong hobby for you!
I have so many silkie/sizzle eggs in the incubator it's crazy and beautiful! I'm really hoping for partridge sizzles I can cross with my porcelain roo. Seems like I'm mostly hatching splash tho. @HeyBigRhondaq are you getting eggs from your ameraucanas? I'm really wanting pure ameraucana eggs and I love the b/b/s ameraucanas. I'm hoping to free range them with the SFHs in the future and have some good sized eggs to eat that are obviously different than the SFHs. Anyway, let me know if you're ever getting enough to sell. We are getting almost 3 duck eggs everyday from our 3 girls. Which is pretty incredible as we're not getting much from anyone else. Although the silkies are laying more than the bantams.
