i'd check her for ear mites first, a crop issue will be large an swollen, not going down by morning- squishy if sour, hard if impacted- have you wormed her

she dose not seem dizzy but turns her head in almost a full circleear mites would cause dizzy, uncoordinated, shaking of the head- they actually will get into the ear- i use ivermec to treat for mites, you could dab a little poultry dust or seven on the ear and see if that changes it. On the crop, it does seem large, lots of questionable treatments out there for crops, i'll send you a file a friend wrote on crop issues- how does her breath smell?
on worming, this is my two choices- i worm twice a year- alot of times you won't know they have worms until an autopsy- they can even become paralyzed from a heavy infestation-
