@Matt in Okla They are Standard Bronze. We were lucky enough to pick out a pair from Atwoods. First time raising turkeys. They are amazingly friendly and social. We're really enjoying them. Can't wait for fertile eggs. They're only about 5 or 6 months old right now. I'd love to hatch babies.
@Jeansrie Wow, she is gorgeous! My babies are awesome. So far I'm guessing about 5 boys and 5 girls. Not counting the adorable little lobster claw one... I think she's a girl. Probably going to use her as a broody. She is turning out beautiful except for the xtra toes. I think the Showgirls are 2 cockerels and 2 pullets. The cockerel I like best is the dark blue SG, but he's getting a little bit of leakage... it actually looks like a silver light frosting at the ends of his bowtie and head. He's really pretty and I'm gonna keep him maybe for a fun color pen. He's a sweetheart and I've named him Crazy Eyes.
@jrjoplin Really? I was just kidding, but I'm kinda scared now. Locking them up (with a padlock) at night sounds like a good idea. I've become attached to Mrs. Shnoodle and I'd be a mess if something happened to her. Thanks for the idea!
