The one in the photo I just posted, she chirps very loudly if she can't see where I am. And always wants out to be by me.. is this normal? She has 2 buddies in there with her.

Aww! She just knows you're her mama! If you handle her frequently, then she'll probably be more attached to you than her brood-mates. I wasn't able to handle mine as chicks much because I had a newborn baby just after I brought my chicks home. They like each other more than me. Unless I have food, of course.

I have one 3 weeks older than her and he was always held because he didn't have a buddy.. until the other 2 were hatched. He just acts different. He makes a weird coo sound when he wants to hang out. But she is LOUD.

She'll settle in eventually. My mom has had some really needy chicks and they turned out fine once they got a little older. If she got annoyed by the sound, she'd just carry them around the house tucked in her bra. I'm glad she won't be reading this.

I keep being gone for awhile. It seems I can't get any work then 7 days a wk 12 hr days. Welcome and howdy to the newbies. And i'm glad she won't be reading this was funny.
Thankfully this time busy working 84hr weeks I'm south for the winter down in San Antonio. Before you woo hoo me it's no vacation missing the family for 6wks at a time working for ....@# and always tired. more so than at home. At least I enjoy the extra work I do at home. And I like all the people I work for at home ME. And even the extra jobs I do for the wifey.

Well were not working 12hr days anymore. Got cut to 10. But the job is nearing it's end. Got rained out last night and 4hrs sleep (with the help of zzzquil) hopefully I get to town and back in time to get a few more before work. On nights 5p.m-5a.m, 3a.m now. The one problem with nights or a day off you can't go anywhere but Wal-Mart without changing your schedule and still having to work that night.

No rabbits here.

Been considering getting a mating pair, but I know that can get out of hand fast. Do you keep them indoors or outdoors? Do you breed them? I'd like to pick your brain a little if you don't mind.
