***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Good morning okies. I've got a bobcat problem. I got some professional bait yesterday with only 3 days left in the trapping season. I got 1 in a trap 20yds from my chicken tractor in the back yard between 1&3 this morning. A twig got stuck and prevented it from shutting all the way... Deer cam just shows a cat at 1 then a moved trap at 3.
At least the bait works.

Anyone know about the Newcastle Auction. Is Scoot still running it or did someone else take it over. I saw a add on Craigs list for it but it was different name than Scoot

New blueberry and raspberry beds. Think the raised bed will help it drain and I can control soil acidity easier.
And my little helper while driving into 40mph winds.

Howdy, folks! I am not from Oklahoma, but was hoping some of you nice folks could give my sister some advice.

My nephew will be graduating this May and will be starting his new job in Tulsa, Oklahoma. My sister is a helicopter mom, and even though he has told her not to worry, he will find an apartment and everything is going to be OK - she is going ahead and researching Tulsa to find the perfect area for him to rent in, what roads are best for him to drive to work and other such stuff. I know she means well, so I thought I would ask on here if there are any Tulsa residents that would be willing to give him advice from a local.
All I know is that his job is going to be on the north side, near the airport. She was prattling on about him having to drive the interstate to and from work, and renting an apartment on a street with too many restaurants and not being able to find a parking spot, and on and on.
Any words of advice for this young man?

169 south bound from Owasso into Tulsa is standstill every morning stating at 7. If I have to drive it I'm usually on the other side of Tulsa before 7. And some pretty rough evening traffic for a couple of hrs on the north bound.
Just staying out of Owasso would help. If he gets a place on the North side he can take 75 in. If he's is south of his job he is going to be close and headed out per say when every one else is heading in. Bartellsville, Dewey is nice and not to far away. Then again Owasso and north is nice depending on what time you have to be at work.

I got my new chicks today finally.

And they came with this.

Is it really necessary to put USDA guide lines into every box of chicks these days??????
The packing slip also had the same info and other basic care info as well on the back.
