Crazy weather, I hope everyone is all right, I could see the storms pass to the north and to the south and all I got here was a few drops of rain and I little wind, It's past here unless something else forms along the dry line,

I finally learned how and sexed my geese and I need at least one Embden Gander if anyone knows or has one please pm me, thanks

My neighbor came over to help me yesterday put up wire next to the goose pen and he commented that he didn't understand why the geese hated him so much so I said "Well, Speaking of which, I need to find out what sex they are and since they already don't like you it only makes sense that you should be the one to go grab them up flip them over and check, That way when it's over they still won't like you and I get to maintain my relationship in good standing with them LOL" He said "Man now thats really messed up"
but he did understand the logic and did the deed

We are back home from hanging out in Jack's garage watching the storm. He has a safe room in there.
Everything is fine here. Our flagpole is broken and we have a little debree lying around, shingles from somewhere?
Glad to hear Suzi and Vern are ok. Wonder about NoCityBoy and others near Newcastle?

Was good to see you Kisa - you're right about walking right past you - I was looking at all the feed on your cart and was glad I finally noticed you. It's kind of weird (in a good way) for me to see run into someone from on here. Stay safe tonight!

My little nest is made in the scary brick shower in my basement. It's at least good exercise for me to haul stuff down there. My Kindle is charging, my battery-powered radio and flashlights are down there, I have water and one Dr Pepper in a little cooler down there - thinking about grabbing a bottle of wine and a bag of Fritos just in case I'm buried for a few days... Note to self: no flip-flops. put some real shoes on.

Evening Okies - - I haven't had a chance to go back and read much on the thread. I'm using my old laptop computer, and it's running like cold molasses. DH is going to try to fix my dead HP. If he can't, then I guess we'll have to tighten our belts and buy a new one. Looks like we're in for another wet, windy night. Everyone's locked up tight. I had a lot of complaints from the teens: "It's not even dark yet. All my friends are still out. Why are you picking on me? Look over there. I think I just saw an elephant. No. Just Vesta. How come she gets to stay out?" What a bunch of peeps. I told them it was for their own good, but they just scowled and complained louder.

I hope everyone around OKC is safe. It looks like this storm system is on a steady march towards the Oklahoma/Arkansas border. We will be hunkered down in the local school, which doubles as a storm shelter. Only problem is, I can't take the chicks. Hopefully, we will all be spared. Everyone be safe out there.

Looks like it is all going north of us. They were talking about 90 mile/hr wind, wow don't need a tornado that will do some damage in it's own right. Stay safe everyone.

Just thought I had a chick hatch out on day 17, had to look at a calandar and came to the conclusion I cant count very high, at least not accuratly. So im on day 18 and should of taken out of the turner today but i thought that would be tommarow and now I got a little fuzzy butt crying fowl. Got 31 game eggs Toppy mix x various game hens. First chick out is whitelegged and I think SC. Hopefuly i get a good hatch for my friend. How come no matter how many chicks i hatch out its always exciting everytime.
