***OKIES in the BYC III ***

So far w/ my girls the count is snake 0, Yeta 1. She caught and ate it before it knew what was happening. (But it was a small, non poisonous one)

There is going to be a huge poultry, waterfowl, exotic fowl, pigeon, quail and guinea sale/gathering in Savanah, next Saturday starting at 8am till dark. If you are interested, let me know and I can give you directions.

Got home from Beaver's Bend about an hour ago. 3 hrs. each way, luckily DH likes to drive. It is very nice there and a good "getaway". Doesn't look like most of Oklahoma, we drove on a mountain ridge line that was very sceenic ( can't spell , no combination of letters looks right) and kind of scarry. The lake, river and streams are really beautiful. Lot of dog-friendly places too. Next time we will take our dog and stay over night.

Elwood, I like the snake trap. I have caught them on fish hooks but never thought to use a minnow trap.

cool snake! Wish I had me a few of them! I almost got one when I was with that little brother of mine but decided that a trip to the ER wasn't that fun but I thought about it considering it wouldn't kill me....yeah...I am not right in the head


those green snakes are rightly named northern rough green snakes...they are the only green snake found in oklahoma. I want one!


i fyou haven't caught on I want one of all of them!

ELWOOD-ok i have my stick ready lol so far no snak trobel thise year

but i had a lot last year so i hope that i got then tind out a little i also put mouth balls around the outside of my pens and it helps keep the snakes away i ust to love snakes till i was clering a fence lin just outside of gansville FL and allmost steped on a 8ft diemond back lukly for me it was sunbathing and my budy saw it and pulled me back thise snake was 16.5 inches around and its head was over 5 inches across it had 15 butens on its rattel me and my bud got some big sticks and took it out but not before i allmost got bite FYI a snake that big can strike about 5/6 feet with litning speed i had mightmares for mounths after that and i now hate snakes

im here and alive , just dealing with alot of stuff ... dad having surgery and still two more to go , loss of job trying to find an attorney to speak too as the oklahoma labor board , police and other have informed me to do
