***OKIES in the BYC III ***

m.ruzycki :

For those of you that live near choctaw the Farmers Market will be opening this saturday @ 8am. I will be there with Some Asparagus, Carrots, Radishes, Spinach, Chard, New Potatoes, eggs and frozen whole chickens that I have raised and processed myself.

There is a Farmer's Market in Choctaw. I'm not sure exactly where but there is a sign on 23rd street that anounces it.

According to something I found online - The farmer's market in Choctaw is South of NE 23rd Street in the Choctaw Creek Park, 2001 N. Harper St., Choctaw.

Hey Six! Good to see you! I didn't get a PM from you but I am doing fine & thank you for checking on me. Just busy working outside before it gets really hot! I love summer time but it slows me down when I really need to get alot done. Taking kids to camp, picking up, dropping off.

Going to have to work a new design for my AFrames as they have proven twice to be no match for my dogs so as of right now they are empty & I have an over crowded bantam pen. Moving babies around too, getting too hot for them in an enclosed building.

You might try flipping them over and fencing the bottom in.. they would still get fresh ground but should be pretty much predator proof. Just a thought.

Good Morning OKies!!

This is turning into a long week. Devon has drivers education this week and still keeping my nephew frequently as well as gonig to the hospital almost daily, I am tired. Spent half the day at the hospital yeaterday waiting on the Doctors to fix the problem only to find out that what they thought was the problem isnt. Talk to the GI doctor and he is now going to talk to the transplant/liver doctor to see what they do from here.

The bottom isn't the problem, they have pealed back the wire twice now. I am not sure that anything is going to stop them besides lead. They really tore up alot of stuff this time but the birds seem to have survived, I even found a roo yesterday.
