Incubators? Not real incubators, right?

Traci

Zipper iced food carriers works great as thermal containers (ie. incubators) You put jars filled with boiling water wrapped in towels in there with the jars of yogurt and leave them for 6 - 12 hours. Yummy.

I LOVE yogurt. Got hooked on whole milk yogurt in Japan. I'll have to try to make some. My chickens love it too.

Hi all, been a busy today mostly being outside.
Lynn, I think you are getting rain about now! Lucky you! Also I thought of you tonight while at the auction east of Harrah. They had a big beautiful toppy game hen. I think my last bid was $16 or $18, anyway she went for more than that. Another nice hatch hen sold for about $18.
I bid on two roosters for Jared but there was a man there that wanted them more than me. The last one went for over $50. Which was my last bid.
Got to visit with Guy (Old Cowboy) who made the long trip from Waynoka. He was in town for a Dr's appointment and hung around after for the auction.
He bought a trio of the "genetically enhanced" chickens which they use for tying flies for trout fishing. The rooster was gorgeous.
Prices were low except for the game chickens. I did manage to get a good deal on some reel type chick feeders and on some hardware cloth.
Some very nice cages sold cheap but I didn't really need any more cages.
I wish I could make it to Cement tomorrow night but I am heading out of town for a July 4th blowout at my brothers in Henryetta.
Doc and Peaches, I promise I will get there someday. I know ya'll will have a blast.
Everyone have a super holiday weekend and don't get too hot whatever you do.

Monty it was good seeing you and your son there tonight. Just got home a few minutes ago. I sold all my American game breeding stock to make more room for my oriental games, but have lots of American game chicks running around. Tell your son when they get a little older I will send him a few. I have some nice asil grades running around also, might send him a few of them.

If you ever hatch some chicks off the genetically modified trio, I would like to buy some chicks from you. I saw a genetically modified rooster at Fletcher one time and they are gorgeous. I wasn't able to go to Harrah and it sounds like I missed some cool things.
