Whew! Tired,been a busy day so far. Got the rest of my sale cages made,did morning chores,ran errands for wife and just finished mowing the yard. This is the first week this year I have had to mow only once!But supposed to be rainy weekend so it will start growing again next week. Birds are enjoying a little cooler weather. Sounds like the sales are going to be flooded with good birds this weekend.

Don't feel bad Don, I haven't moved the pens in two or three weeks and with some of teh birds hitting a summer molt it looks like someone mowed teh birds instaed of the lawn. But I will likely move them tonight since it wil be cooler.

Ran the weed wacker between the garden boxes and we filled 7 wheelbarrow loads of chopped dallas grass for the cows. They were loving the green stuff. Chickens got some too. You can just barely see little tufts of bermuda trying to come back after the rain.

Has anyone seen the portable tractor pens made by OkieCritters.com north of Tulsa?

What time does the Blanchard sale start? Are there any morning sales going this weekend? I wanna try to get back before the dbf so he won't notice.

I don't know if Guy Rose auction is this weekend but I think so and it is early, teh Blachard sale starts at 5 pm and runs sometimes past midnight.

I looked up those coops, they are nice but the price tag that goes with them is something too. I'll stick with my A-frames.
