I know I've told that story before but it still amazes me what an effect seeing a Blue Cochin had on me. It's like I'd never seen a bird before in my life.

Modernman - Congrats to the kiddos on their wins! I'm sure they're all excited about it, and are learning good skills in the meanwhile. Will try to be at the auction tomorrow.

I was sitting here responding to some mail and something caught my eye beyond the keyboard under the desk I leaned over and looked it took a moment to realize that I was looking at the tail of a good sized possum by the time I got up from my chair after a moment of surprise cause the dog was laying right in front of where it had to have just came from and where it was again heading and didn't even react when I got around the desk it had simply vanashed, so I took some time to go get a couple live traps and bait them, Thats the worst thing about living in a moble home is you can't always tell what sized critter is going to be able to come and go through holes and gaps you didn't even know you had, I do have a good sized dog door that's most likely where it got in but I can't figure out how it just poofed on me that quick it didn't leave through the dog door
