Yes, especially with the other provisions you have made for keeping the water ice free, you should be fine. A chicken's temperature is about 105 degrees and they make a lot of body heat. Be sure and vaseline their combs and wattles.

i think the big thing for moderns is to make sure those long legs don't get wet, where they can get frostbite- out of the wind and drafts-

Great looking dog! Try as I might DW said not right now...we are going to be doing traveling...thought it wouldn't be a good idea to have a new pouch with us.

It'll probably find a good home though as laid back as she looks and her awesome color.

Fed-X found our house after two failed attempts. Turns out the driver (the one who couldn't find us) has been here before

I reminded her of our previous conversation about the gate being locked and the need to call the number in the Instructions To The Driver portion of the delivery slip. She didn't blush, but she did apologize. She'd forgotten to put a dolly on her truck, so she and I hoisted the 78 pound package and carried it, dodging cats and roosters, into the house. She didn't stay to watch me open the box, but I could tell she was curious. Turns out DH

got me a pottery wheel for Christmas. I'm overdosing on smilies tonight. He forgave me for opening it early. The manufacturer's name was on the box, so I was pretty sure what was inside anyway. Victoria and I are going to have some good times throwing bowls, cups, mugs and vases this summer. I can hardly wait!
