No certification,
I just bubble wrap each egg and put in carton, and pad the carton with newspaper or bigger bubble wrap. I alway use a tracking number on my shipments.

ok, thanks! am thinking in the future doing serama or silkies...

I was thinking the same thing, Robin. Since I have an abundance of egg laying Seramas now, maybe someone else could enjoy hatching them.

BTW, we're up to 4, possibly 5 broody Seramas now. They're all lined up together. It seems to be the popular thing now with these little hens.

Newcastle is the 1st and 3rd Saturday and Blanchard is the 2nd and 4th Saturday. With January starting on a Sunday, the Newcastle auction will be Jan 7 and 21. Blanchard will be the 14th and 28th.

So who is planning on going to the Newcastle auction this Saturday? It seems like it has been a long time since I have been to an auction, even though Maryjo and I went to Maud just a couple of weeks ago. Maud just does not have as good of nachos as Blanchard auction.

I'm going the auction Saturday. See you there!

Yes, the west wall of the Newcastle auction bldg is right on the road that goes through town (Main Street/ Hwy 62) It is on the East side of the road - just South of a park on the East side of the road - on the map it looks like 2nd Street and Main (the auction bldg is West of the Post Office, which is one block East of Main street)
