***OKIES in the BYC III ***

For putting new pictures in your album, you do it when you are browsing to find a picture to upload before you hit enter/open. On the small picture loading page that pops up there is a box you mark to save the photo to your album.

There is a good tutorial video on the home page where it say "Welcome to BYC" click the "read more" under the little intro paragraph and you will find videos to navigate the web page functions.
On your profile page you can have many albums. The video says we can arrange by groupings/topics ...this could get addicting.

Just came in from taking the dogs for their final run...wind has really picked up and it is beginning to snow...the flakes can't hit the ground because the wind is swirling them back up in the air...looks like a bunch of moths under the outdoor light.

Roger has surgery in the morning. We have to leave by 5 am to get him there the alloted time before surgery. The procedure could take an hour and a half. We wont get any test results for a week. We have no idea if the incision will be outside or inside the mouth to get the lower lip tissue....and he will be awake during the surgery.

I put out extra water tubs for the pens and will check the baby pens in the morning to make sure there is plenty of chick feed and water while we are gone...Lucie can really make a mess scratching around for her three. She dumped their water twice today...so I wired a couple of cups to the inside of the cage.
NNN laid an egg in her pen. The largest CW and the banty cochin argue over who gets to sit on her back...they have grown so much both can't sit up there together. Sometime the CW sits on top of the gallon water feeder.

Nana, be careful driving and leave early. It's going to be super slick out by morning. The snow is sticking here and by the time it's frozen solid it'll be dangerous. So please be careful! Wish Roger the best.
You can also find any picture you want on the web, right click and 'copy imagine' and paste it here in the message box. Pretty cool.

lloks like the snow is almost to tulsa, everyone is bedded down, cindylou has one pip, the ee eggs are too thick to see through, but are heavy, so i assume someone is in there... and my ee broody was playing musical nest boxes today so i moved the 3 remaining sussex eggs to the seramas to keep safe, hoping i can put them back with mama ee when she figures out its part of the broody business to keep the eggs warm.... i did candle the serama eggs, and we have some growing, i suspect there will be some staggering of that hatch- and those silly hens keep stealing eggs back and forth....

Carl, aren't you too young for arthritis? I can't believe how sore my hands get after working outside all day the past year or 2. You must have overworked yourself when you were younger!

Thank you Carl. we're hoping they don't find much else to remove...the doctor got a good piece for biosy last time that was pretty much self contained...
Ksane...we're hoping that the warmer temperatures today help keep this from freezing too tight....will be leaving a little earlier now and will be careful driving.

GotGame...pretty Mottled OEGB pullet and hen. Hope my little pullet turns out as pretty. She has been sitting on a nest for a week now but her comb is still pink not red.
