Well looks like my broody was a false alarm, she left the nest and hasn't been back yet. Maybe I have someone thinking about going broody, or maybe mefordz was right and someone was constipated!

Nana Kat I will have something for the raffle but not sure what it will be at this point but will let you know as soon as I find something.......Last couple of years I have done a blanket that had POOPS on it & the year. Might do that again just not sure at this point.

Same goes for the NEOCS (can't remember the right letters.)

cara please dont bring things with poop on them, wash them first. it will be much better for all concerned.

give her a little bit, she will be back.. get that girl some eggs and see how long she'll set! just dont give her eggs till she has been setting for 2-3 days, that way you'll know she is ready.


like most women, they cant seem to make up their minds within a time frame.

they are, then they arent. then they are again, then they arent. finally when it almost too late, they are!

mabey we should just keep the "natural" blondes, i.e. not so bright, and put a bounty on the rest of ya!

redheads would be worth more than the rest, they are completely un predictable! and some of them are just plain mean!

I'm glad you mentioned voting Sooner, I changed counties, I need to reregister... one more thing on the to do list.

Kass - that happened to me a couple times, I swore she was going broody, the poop was ridiculous, but then she'd go back to normal, got rid of her before she had a true broody spell. She was under a year, Orp, not sure why.

Ok I know it is only Monday but I am living for the weekend since I worked all this last one. After 10 days of work week by Thursday I will be MORE than ready for the weekend. So what is everyone's plans? We hope to find an auction or two to hit this weekend. DH is talking about driving to Perkins for that one. I am game since we have never been. Don't "plan" on buying anything but well we all know how well that works out most time. (it is all that darn chicken math to blame!). Hubby also wants to start on building his incubator, course I know how dangerous that could be if we had our own.

I soooo hope this week goes quickly!!!

Oh crud I almost forgot! I thought that was next week for some reason. I will have to go vote tomorrow after work since I get to work at 7, hopefullly the line won't be to bad when I get there at 6:30.
