Hi Everybody!
Well this has been a fairly unproductive weekend and honestly I am not caring so much. Really tired, so have been taking it easy.

We are now getting down to the last week of POOPS! I am so darn excited.

If anyone has something to add to the Wish/Offer list please send me a PM so I can get it added.

Hope everyone enjoys the day, it is lovely out there right now!

Hopefully this picture will load here. I tried to send it in a PM but it wouldn't send, good ol' dial up. Here is the basket for the POOPS raffle. There is an oven mit, two pot holders, two kitchen towels with crocheted tops so they are easy to hang from fridge or oven door. 4 of my favorite potscrubbers (MIL made the crocheted items) and a neat set of chicken salt and pepper shakers.

I want this!! This is awesome!

Here's a great test they did on the subject. I think they quit the test finally at....7 months? But the eggs stored a certain way were still good. I believe Monty might've originally posted this link and I saved it.

P&B we will have room temp eggs we use that are a wk or so old-- no problems. I prefer the room temp ones for baking bread.
You will see other threads people talk about keeping eggs room temp for 3 wks or more.

Has anyone vaccinated for Newcastle? I ordered more Fowl Pox vaccine for the babies and the ones that need re-vaccinated. I was already paying special shipping for vaccines anyway so it was only an extra $6 to get the Newcastle-Bronchitis vaccine. Fowl Pox (the wet pox) was a nightmare and I lost birds, not going through that again if all it takes is a vaccine.

Mike, ya I have been treeing a lot of squirrel and a few coon as well. Wish u were going to make it to poops. Hey, I'm in the market for a couple modern game bantam hens and a Madagascar game or two, if anyone knows of any for sale.
