Nana I love that you are getting such a jump start on canning. I can't do beets though. I juice a lot of different fruits & veggies. When I try juicing beets I just taste dirt.

I don't juice beets for the same reason. I pickle them. I have a great recipe that family loves.

So much to do this weekend, but to start off I'm getting around to go get my piggies! So excited! Beginning to think this place really is gonna be a farm just need a couple of goats to go with it.... and somewhere to put them of course "I'll figure out where they go, when they're bigger" motto applies to more than chickens
