Those are some great looking birds. I think that it's good that the breeders are getting away from that extreme wing-drop of days past. I've seen birds that had their wingtips dragging the floor, that just didn't have much eye appeal to me.

When I found my first eggs- my first pullets both layed for the first time on the same day, I was so excited I ran over to Jack's house to show him.i have a jar in the fridge with first eggs..... and you know, its still exciting! when our first hen laid her egg i was so excited i took it over to the mother in laws and she was holding it and commented it was still warm! we were boith like kids at Christmas!
It has been quite the task with comparison judging rather than judging by points and everyone just wanting to buy what wins rather than what is right it got way out of hand and far from the standard. These have been alot of work to get to this point. many who got started in the recent years do not realize the way the bird should look, which continues the problem. Those are some great looking birds. here is a side by side comparison of another breeders bird of the same variety but different line.
i like this bird best he carrys his tail at a much better angel and his silckel feathers have a nice curve he is a verry good looking bird
i do not care for this bird as much he is "SQUERLE TAILED -carrying his tail at to high of an agel he also has a TAIL BREAK this is where the tail apers to be going strait up from the back . he also is what they call PIGONE CHESTED and if you read the sop they are not supost to be pigone chested but it seams that the pigone chested birds have become more comun also this bird carryes is wings at to low of an agel they should to pointing behind his body higher up almost tuching his sickel feathers where his birds wings are to low almost a droped wing
