Nice roo.Good morning friends and neighbors! It`s another beautiful morning here at Garrett`s Land and Cattle Co. (little land and no cattle!). It`s 65°F and clear....we received some much needed rain in the last 24 hours, yesterday morning it was a little bumpy out here with some close lightning strikes but we survived with no damage done.
I hope y`all have a great day!

I'm going to try mixing all the birds I want combined all at once. Nobody's aggressive enough that they'll kill anyone so I think it'll be ok. (Famous last words!)Mitzi when I combine my birds I do it while they are sleeping. Then the next day the new birds are usually still on the roost when we go down & check on them! Always interesting to see the bolder ones that have integrated. IMO the more birds you combine at the same time the less pecking there is. Winter time is rough on us & the birds.
Sad that your Cochin boy leg didn't heal. I thought he was on the road to recovery. Hope your serama gets his crow back soon. Have you given him vitamins? Just to give him a boost.
