Love finches! Looks like those might be two males! More reason to get more!lol.
Happy Thanksgiving Eve everyone! We will be headed toward Okla. sometime this afternoon! Hope everyone has safe travels and a great Holiday!
Happy Thanksgiving!!! So glad to see you online. Your quilt is the favorite couch companion. Folks can't sit without a wrap and a snuggle. Thanks again for the wonderful gift. Travel safely : )

Ksane, very pretty finches and I agree you did a great job making the cage "homey" for them.

Okla, nice to see your post.

Robin, I'm sorry your roo is sick.

Ksane and Bill, the freezer for the dubias is working exceptionally well. Better then I even thought it would.

oh the joys of the holidays! :p I've got my fingers crossed I go into labor today! I don't have to go to the inlaws this year, but I really don't want to have to answer the same questions with all my extended family. "Yep, still pregnant. Yep, pretty miserable. Yep, anytime now."

When I was pregnant with my first I started answering "Haven't you had that baby yet?" with "Yep. Sure did. Had it last night but it was so much fun I just shoved it right back up there and I'm gonna do it again." I may or may not have muttered "Moron." under my breath. Simply couldn't comment. When I was pregnant with my second I got smart and told 'em my due date was "Oh, sometime in August or September."

ok, got him outside in fresh air, after some meltown in the sun on my lap, he is back to normal- a thought occurred to me, i cleaned this morning, wiped down the window next to his cage with MILD bleach water- am wondering if that could be an issue?

I would think it could be. No expert though, just know how badly I react to bleach fumes, and birds are much more sensitive.

We appear to have a situation.

I have some of that I took orally last time.... I was considering that last night, but I did some other natural stuff last time when I was in EARLY labor and it made everything turn incredibly painful very fast (however it did indeed get her out faster) so I'm a little scared to try anything this time!
Evening Primrose won't hurt to use but it works better if you don't take it orally (enough said there lol). Black Cohosh is probably what you took last time it makes contractions for productive.
