They can fly very well..so if you want a good laugh put one on one side of a fence and another on the other side..They will run into the fence for seems like hours trying to get to the other side..

It doesn't have to be a tall fence maybe 1 Foot..

They forget they can fly over..until they are chased, they also run very fast.

Thanks Don, I dont remember much about guineas. I was very young when Mom had them. I know we never had ticks in the yard.

Don - you have described my guineas running up and down the fence perfectly. I love it when people stop and tell me my guineas can't find their way back into the fenced yard. I tell them that guineas forget they can fly until dusk, when they suddenly say "hey, I need to get to the top of that tree!" and then they fly back into the fence.

Evening all :

just got settled after a super hard day out at the pens, it really took alot out of me today. I got a bunch done though, most of the framing and about half of the skin and roof sheeting is on. It was just me and my lonesome so I didn't get as far as I would have liked, But it felt good to get it going.

How was everybody's friday??.
