Al - I will ask you the same question that I ask a co-worker who likes to go to the office on the weekends. What have you got to do that absolutely can't wait until Monday? You have a capable crew who will get the job done even if you aren't standing there coaching them. Besides, you aren't supposed to overdo things for awhile after your recent trip to ER. A 4 day week next week is just what you need.

I hear ya Marybeth But I just feel a little behind the eight ball schedule wise. trying to get back on track, alot depends on how much we get done.

Ok I'm having a crappy day.... I wonder sometimes if I'm an imposter here in OKlahoma....Today I could pack it all in and just get the hell outta here. It's either so cold you can't do anything or so hot you can't do anything or so WINDY ya can't do anything....I couldn't get a drop of rain if my life depended on it....It pours east, west, norht and south, but never HERE....ya can't garden without a magic wand....I fight the weather, the snakes, the sniffles, the darn feed prices and juggle my mom, Mike and keeping my house clean. Today my very DOG eats a peep.... I wanted to beat him to no good end...I'm sick of it all, going to the gym, mow jobs....and most of the time I feel so darn lousy I'd have to get better to die. Mike's being a pain in the A$$ since he's been sick and on call he's tired, grouchy and pretty unapppreciative of anything......Like my life's a very' picnic.... yeah I'ts just a barrel of very' monkeys.

First off Henny I am sorry you are feelings so bad. It seems to be everyone is having a rough time of it, but hang in there girl it has to get better and we are here for you.

I need so good juju sent my way. Have a job interview today and tomorrow. I really want to have a job lined up for next year in the next couple of weeks. Makes me antsy not know and I really do not want to be lock into the job I have now, which is what will happen if I do not find another position.

Had a bourbon red poult hatch yesterday which seems to be doing really good. Having doubts about whether the other eggs will hatch. Looking a little bleak. Seems like everyone is hatching babies left and right. I am hoping to be getting some baby peachicks this week and am planning to order some baby turkeys next week.

I have some frizzles, cochin, jersey giants and jersey giant/ameraucana chicks I am wanting to find a home. Would consider trading. I just do not need so many right now. Like everyone else it seems, have to downsize before I get taken over with birds.

Well better go get tarted up for the interview. yeah!!

My dog eating a peep was like the straw that broke the camel's back.... I have held together pretty good through all the junk.... but that got me....

...everything just fell apart.... I'm probably just tired....and I sometimes feel like I bust my tail for nothing....no ones ever happy....

I have black, white and a few partridge. I put 50 into the run and between the rain and the heat and a few that I think were suicides, I have about 30 left. The price when I started was $2 each, but due the afore mentioned losses, I figure I'll need about $10 each now.
