No rain here yet! Just a few sprinkles earlier today.

Got all my babies out of the house. Moved the 2 month olds out to the pen today and the new babies in the feed building!! I am a happy camper!

I am done hatching unless someone comes up with something I can't live without....

P&B,

I'm not going to the class. but I'll be there for lunch. I'm bringing Teach a bucket full of Silkie chicks. If anyone else wants some. speak up and I can deliver them to the restaurant on the 12th.

I have to tell you, after looking at only white rock chicks for so long, those silkies are a little weird. I have a single white rock chick in the run with all those silkies and he stands out like an amish man at the mall.

How are you stimp? You have been greatly missed!

Hi Sooner,

Thanks. It's good to be back. I've been a little under the weather since we got back from Texas. I'm feeling almost human again now.

P.S. Thanks too Henny, for the welcome back.

Al and Stimpy, glad you guys are up and running.
I sure wish I could do lunch with everyone next week but I will be out of town.
Teach, We lost evry one of the adult quail. most of them one at a time. Every morning there was one dead.
I have no idea why they died.
We still have eight little ones and some eggs in the bator.

Monty :
We will miss you at the feed trough, there will be more chances.
Have you noticed since POOPS how many folks are gathering for just the heck of it, whether it be at auction's/NPIP/or to buy and sell and exchange birds. I think it's great shows it was more than we could have ever imagined.

Yes Al, neat isn't it? I have seen several since Poops that I had not met before. Are you going to Cement on Saturday. I don't know if I can work it into my schedule but I am thinking about making an appearance.

I do plan on it as it stands now, I will be bringing 75% of my layer flock there. They are molting have been pecked all winter long they are time to be replaced with what I hatched out this spring. I hope to see you there, sometimes I don't buy or bring anything but go to visit with all my bud's, the caller ( Weston ) always tells us to hold it down LOL. besides someone has to help Carla & Gerald load up their haul LOL.
