Oh yea thought of that already got the water and the jug of water cleaned and will be ready to go in the AM. We have to leave our birds in the truck? I am not liking that part. Do I need to bring a chicken guard.

anyone in the braggs area lookin for some nice layers.i have a lady i buy from has blue black an white langshans americanas barred rocks rir buff o. black australorp delawares an some delaware roos over cuckoo marans,black marans,an delaware hens.these are 3 to 4 months an the others are 2 to 2 an a half months.this lady has some good quality chickens orders most all her eggs from ebay.will have some pics in a day or too.shes sellin alot of her stuff due to Drs orders

Luvs - that is what it takes for these quail...not lbs of meat but good. i will bring some babies and if you like them great and if not great! Just moved a bunch of birds to the brooder...well the oldest boy did

Sounds like government in action! They should have it somewhere more bird friendly! Wouldn't want the department of ag folks do get to close to animals

Okies teach. Sounds like a plan. We may need to round up a chicken guard, no way I am leaving black birds locked up inside the truck, not liking having to leave them outside unattended either. Will gather up a small tarp to give them some shade also. Maybe we will be close enough to be able to watch them. I can see it now Teach going rambo on someone walking by the trucks.

I have gotten to the stage (weight & age) where running is not an option! It will hurt way to much! I would rather stand my ground and take my chances!

What we really need is an old fart with a gun! They have reached the stage where they just don't care!
