Okies in the BYC The Original

Ok folks so here is an update on what happened yesterday, Out of the blue!!! Things were going along good we thought and then about 7??? Pm Dakota RAN AWAY again!! We did finally find him running down the railroad tracks and he had to be tackled and hand cuffed to be stopped, this all took place about midnight after searching the country side and various sightings of him, lots of people out looking for him, the Noble Co. Sheriffs officer finally apprehended him, we spent seemingly hours trying to talk to him and the Noble Co. Social worker that lives here in Morrison also tried talking to him last night, friends from church and school have all tried talking, he just will not open up to anyone right now, we are setting here with him today and waiting on a phone call from DHS and or Juvenile offensive agency to tell us what we have to do legally this time as it has happened twice now and he had to be detained by police last night so a report had to be filed.
Any and all PRAYERS would be greatly appreciated, he seems in better spirits this morning albeit was a little ruff starting out this morning, thank you all for listing and letting me vent my concerns here, I know we have police on this group so any help or suggestions as to what we can do with him would be very appreciated also, thank you and God bless you all, Lynn

just a though came to mind, with his shifts in moods- my daughter was that way and now that she is grown they finally figured out she is bi-polar- just something you might be praying on... course it could just be the teenage stuff too...

Lynn - This is heart wrenching for you, your family, and Dakota.
We are so very sorry. There is something else going on here
and seems it's time to get some professional help.

As the mother of 3 sons, and in all honesty, ....Kendra now......
more often than not....the "right" answers are the "most
painful".

Am so thankful that we are all part of "this group" and can
care, share, and know that each and every response is
truly from the heart.

Hello-Okies! Jumping on to say hi and to send blessings to everyone - especially Cammie, Don, Greybear and dachsunds. HennyP, I was happy to read your post about the good visit your mother had at your house - doing simple chores is sometimes good for the soul (so I've heard...I try to avoid them myself...especially vacuuming...)

So, anybody have any ideas for POOPS entertainment?

I'm out of the office this week and don't have internet much, but I'll be blabbing a lot more on here next week. ...I miss ya'll!!
