Hey Sooner and Robin, There is an estate auction in Muskogee that has a lot of farm related stuff including several rabbit cages. Also antiques and cowboy stuff.
They are selling the house and land as well.
It is August 29th. The address is 5651 E. Hancock.
Looks like Southeast of Muskoee.

Anyone wanting a country place near Muskoee heres your chance.

Teach lots of trees and water with fish in it.

Al - I actually thought of the horrible temperatures, that swayed me away from buying the chicks. And I started building my pen last night, my arms are too short to build anything alone.

Monty - What time is everyone meeting for POOPS? I'm trying to find out when my other shindig is that day... Ya I really should stay away from Bantams, they're not good for anything. But they're so darn cute!

Had a pretty good boomer here this morning! Finally. Not sure on how much rain we got though, none of us have thought to get a rain gauge...

I have 5 eggs in the bator that came from my uncle's flock. I didn't notice it til last night, but I'm pretty sure one of them is a guinea egg. I was thinking it was just an odd shape from a pullet, but my aunt said they gave away the guineas right before I went up there. Lucky me! *haha*

I may be needing info on showing chickens before we make it to POOPS, so who out there can help me?????????? Keep in mind I had no idea I would be doing this and I have a nice chicken she can show but it has never been handeled or put in a cage. Speaking of a cage, what kind do I need??

Someone asked about the Newcastle Show and I found out it is the same weekend as the Tulsa State Fair Show.

There will be over 2000 birds shown at the Tulsa State Fair.

I hope to have the show book for the Shawnee Show available for P.O.O.P.S.
