Henny - Pocasset is the other town. We call the school system AmPo, since the grade school is in Pocasset and the high school in Amber. And I'm glad you argued New York, I would NOT want to go there! My other half was playing with the idea of DC. Buildings and more buildings with no land sounds horrible to me.

Monty - Thanks for all the Maran info. The owner said she thinks the Cuckoo is a roo. I'm already gonna have a roo from my uncle's birds. Want some pet Marans? Lol

Today is my sister's 19th birthday. She was born 09-09-90. She turned 9 in 09-09-99. I think we get more excited about it then she does.

Wish we could get some rain down here. We got some last week, or whenever it was. But we could always use a little more!

I think my horrible sleep habits are starting to catch up with me. I'm feelin pretty under the weather today.

I sold a lot of my chickens today about 70 of them and the guy will be back next week for about that many Jr's, I still have plenty

Monty - Thank you. Its gotta be allergies then, yuck! We've lots of cedary trees out here. Mmm, crepes and vienna sausages... I grew up calling them 'vieenie weenies'.

poultry&bees - I have to agree with you! Although the flowers are pretty, and the pollen is what makes them come back right? Dang it, now I really want honey...

Got my duck's nasty pool cleaned out, he seems to be loving it. Too hot for me to work on pens though, not with the crummy way I'm feeling. *sigh*
