Okies in the BYC The Original

Ok,

What do you all lay down in your Coop's? We have been doing hay ever since the chicks were well chicks... but and just last week I laid down more hay but I have been going in there and its smelling like ammonia? Any suggestions? It was nice using the hay because at this time we get it for free, but what do you all do?

Praying it stays nice today, havent had a chance to paint outside the coop yet from that wet weather and couldnt yesterday since it needed to dry out the wood..I wonder though if one of those wind power mill could be planted and started to dry the outside of the coop? Ya know like a giant blow dryer... tee heee

They told me I am loosing my mind, I have a black and a white fluff ball in my living room.

Woke up this morning to a beautiful sun rise. Oh that sun shine is so nice.

Was on the phone for 2 hrs yesterday afternoon with the phone company. My phone bill with internet was almost 400 bucks for 2 months. Benn after them and been after them about it since April. Finally told them Im not getting off her till you all make it right and right now. Well after 1 very nice person then a snotty person and the final nice lady got the bill down to 130.00 for 2 months plus got satellite and faster internet. And now will get 2 20$ gift cards and 1 25$ gift card. Not to bad. Adding the satellite and the faster internet my bill will still be the same price each month that is was suppose to be. Cant beat that.

Now lets see if the guys can hook up the satellite in less than 10 hours. With the other company we were with the 2 times they had to mess with setting the dish it took them 8-10 hr each to get the ignorant thing to work.

Al I have a list a mile long!! Gotta go and get litter and clean coops, seal the roof in the new cochin coops. go to Nevada Mo and pick up birds and then stop on the way back and pick up some RIR hens, and then whatever falls in line I guess!! How about you?
