gb1, why does the Cement show not have a class for Feather Legged bantams??

The Cement show will have a class for featherlegs as well as all other A.B.A. classes. It was left out of the first few books that were printed as well as the 400 bird limit. The books have been fixed if you would like one call Matthew at 405 320 3817.

They are REALLY nice!! You should see them running around in the grow-out pen with their feathered legs & feet, they look like they are wearing pants

Les I was looking at the at the Shawnee catalog and it is showing that I have to send health papers in with my registration is there any way around this or do I just need to find someone locally to test my birds so that I can get my registration sent in???
And a good evening to everyone else here this evening hope all is well in your area!!!!

Q it would be best to find someone local. Marie at the Ag dept has a list of testers.

You might try to get in touch with the show officials to see if the birds can be tested before they are brought into the show.

Used to be they had testers on premises but I guess that has changed.

When I took Gerald to the emergency room last Friday, I asked the nurse if they'd had a lot of flu cases & he said that he thought that it was tapering down. The pediatrician I took my granddaughter to said there's several viruses going around lately. I think our virus is one that's similar to the flu with the aches & pains & started with a headache, but we never have had fever above 101 degrees. We're feeling better every day, but get a little fever and achy after dark.

I hope it's just a virus and nobody else catches it!

I'm doing pretty good. Spent Tuesday in OKC at a Convention and yesterday trying to get over a headache from getting in bed at 1:00

The next show I will be "at" is Shawnee, but I am not for sure when I will be showing next... (but I will see you and many other Okies then).

Gerald's 83 yr. old mother fell & broke her hip overnight. She's in a nursing home in South Dakota. Somehow she got outside last night (she has Alzheimer's too) and fell. Gerald just talked to his brother & he said she just had surgery, they'll keep her in the hospital for a few days then will send her back to the nursing home. Hopefully she heals fast. Anyway, I thought we might have to drive there this weekend, but Gerald thinks she'll be ok without us.
