Anyone going to Mary's Swap Meet tomorrow?
Michael will have a lot of birds for sale there.
I am planning on going but right I am not feeling like my spry and spiffy self.
I need to go catch the birds tonight I am gonna take.
Much easier that way but I don't feel like going.

Well, the doc made me sit out in the waiting room til they did the procedure ... then forgot about me. I'm back with Gerald, and the test result is .... Meningitis. They want to keep him overnight now to start him on antibiotics and find out whether or not it's viral or bacterial meningitis. I'm just glad Gerald finally gave in to the test and can now be on the road to recovery. No galavanting around Oklahoma or Missouri this weekend though.

Thanks everyone for the prayers & well wishes. I'll give the laptop to Gerald tonight so he can read all the posts. He's a little doped up right now ... he said they just gave him some morphine for the pain.

Now, we can have our new traditional meal of steak, fried okra and pan fried potatoes, the guys are happy and there are no leftovers for me to eat for a week. I went and got our new birds today but havnt got a chance to take pictures of them yet I am going to have the DD take pics of them tomorrow while I am building a show box!! I hope everyone had a great day!!

Evening Okies! Ouch and good luck Gerald. It's my birthday and Friday the 13th, cool, cuz I was born on Friday also. All you can eat buffet, complete with crablegs and shrimp, for dinner and I'm miserable. How's everyone besides Gerald tonight?

Dinner was the present from MIL but spent the evening with DW and the 2 kids, better than the food. It was a good buffet though, fresh and lots of selection. They know how to buffet in Nevada for sure. A good tuna fish sandwich is hard to beat sometimes though.
