Great Monty...we'll work as a tag team....LOL I've never been to a show before and have no idea how this thing works. Are the sale birds in a seperate room? Then how do you go about purchasing them? Do you get a number like at an auction? Or do you write it on the cage tag. Give me some pointers.

We're staying at our daughter's house in Moore so we can don't have to get a room...then I can spend more on birds...LOL

Al....you need to get her some cochins, silkies, or showgirls since they all are such sweet birds. I got to witness my first mamma hatched baby this evening. I had 3 babies to put under a light from the hatcher when I saw something under the silkie hen....moved her just a little and out from her wing came a baby. I got so excited you'd thought I was a kid again. I think it is so cool.

I placed those 3 babies under her and she took them under her wing also.

We have had Silkies and Cochins both, she now is looking at adding color and variety and who knows what else LOL

If anyone is looking for a sportsman there is lady in Sand Springs that has 2 for sale. She's quitting birds and going to horses. She had the bators for $350 each. She's on craigslist in Tulsa. She has about 30 chickens, quail, etc. for sale also.

Wow! 500 pages! Are we Okies great or what!
We have a small chance of snow tomorrow nite. Sounds like everyone is ready for the big show. I'm still trying to decide if I need to cut back some more or not. I really like what I ahve but the feed bill is killing me! Had to get mouse bait today. They are starting to take over.
OU Kate sorry about your birds,thast really ruff. I recently got rid of my outside dogs and now wonder how long before the varmits come back. DW saw a possum in front of the house when she came homw yesterday.
All if you see any bantam turkens at the show be sure and get their name and number or address.
