But no, I need to do this myself. It's my learning year for chickens, remember? You have already taught me how to process, and now I need to see if I can do a large batch by myself. Next spring I will be raising 75 birds for the table at a time. I'f I can't do 25, what's the hope of doing more?

Besides, there is so much to do on this place and I am running way behind. If it wasn't processing, it would be something else.

But thank you much. Have fun at the Shawnee deal, and try to stay out of trouble.

What are you talking about! I won't get to sleep in no matter what time! I will be driving in early and leaving around 2pm so I can get back here for my work Christmas party. I have to get up at 4 to be there at 6!
