I guess I'm a bit of a coffee addict. I have one of those single cup brewers in my office, along with a hot water dispenser for making instant coffee, and a cup warmer on my desk to make sure that it doesn't get cold. I also have wheels on my chair so I can roll around and get to all of it with ease. But I still have to limit myself to a couple of cups a day. That's down from a couple of pots a day just a few years ago. I miss those days.

DBF Jack is weaning himself off drinking a lot of the hard stuff, too. He started by mixing caf & decaf together 50/50, then slowly reducing the amount of caf in the mix. He still drinks a lot of it, but it's not as high-powered. He takes the single-servings (like you described, Stimpy) on the road when he travels...can't function without the morning brew! I don't even bother calling him in the mornings until after 9:30 or so - gotta give him time to boot up!
I remember instant coffee when I was at OU. During finals weeks, we'd set together in the student union with a jar of Folger's Crystals on the table. We'd each have a spoon and when we'd start winding down, we'd just eat a few spoonfuls and wash it down with a coke. Man, I used to love all that tension and stress. Probably why I'm in the shape I am now.
