I think I'd better head for bed, too. I'm going to have to get up early. DH usually starts my car and scrapes my windows for me, but he fell on the ice today and is barely getting around. Looks like I'm going to have to do it myself. Not looking forward to it at ALL!

YOu don't sound like your chipper self. I don't mind if it snows I already have permission to stay home if I want. It isn't bad here. The last time I was outside it was trying to snow but mostly a rain/snow mix. Temp is still up enough that it isn't freezing.

You can buy that stuff on the cheap. Teva got a 1990 Dodge Dakota with 68,000 miles for just $1200. We went to Wichita Falls Tx to pick it up. We got a do-dad called a cargo/cleaning kit for $300 it had 6 10x10 cargo tarps in it new in the wrappers and they had the heavy manilla cargo ropes sewed on them. 20 shovels, brooms , dust brooms and pans plus it was in a nice big plywood box with double doors.

I didn't know you had your toes pierced.
If you wear rubber boots, won't that defeat the purpose of a toe ring?
