No I don't, but the Germans make it wonderfully.

I am going with homemade split pea with ham soup, fresh baked crusty bread w/ butter and a few grilled cheese Samichesss. Sounded good with it being so cold outside.

Actually Goat taste nothing like Deer, it's way better more of a beef taste, and very lean that is why cooking goat to a medium rare is best as to not dry it out. Plus when processing a goat you get to bleed it out. A deer is so gamey because all of the blood is still in the meat and stays there, It is the main reason I don't eat dear because I never know how it was kept and processed, most deer hunters aren't very good cooks, they just grind it up not for me sorry.

Goat is so much better, as a matter of fact worldwide goat is the most popularly eaten meat by far.

There are several reasons for that and not necessarily because some think it is the best tasting meat?

Al I will have to prepare a meal of deer steaks and fried tators and onions I am sure that you will like it!! My deer hang for 3 days before they are processed which I beleive helps with the gamie taste that alot of deer have.

To be honest guy's I really do want to try some dear that has been done properly, I think I could get into it if it's cooked & processed good. So yeah I am in on that!!!!!.

Not all goats make good table fair, but a young Billy of 9 mo old would still be yummie I garoooonnteeee !!!!.

Yeah Less I know to most folks it sounds odd but a goat that eats all of the undesirable pasture weeds actually make the meat have that great flavor and leaness. weird Huh.
