He could provide the meat for the next cookout.

The last we checked, our stuff was still frozen but not solid... Already had to clean out refridgerator freezer... I hope we dont lose the freezer...

I offered last night, but maybe you missed it.

You can bring your freezer down to my place in Geronimo and plug it in. We have plenty of room in my garage. Shoot me a PM if you are interested.

does anyone in here know about building dyi wind generators? sounds like a few of you need another outlet of energy, i know how to build them if anyone is interested. however i do charge for them sorry i am not trying to attack people in need just trying to sell my knowledge, however if you bought the things and helped put it together gave me a chicken or 2, maybe livestock feed, or fresh veggies, you could pay me that way, i do apologize for i am addicted to bartering, my great uncle never had a job a day in his life, he bartered everything he owned, he had a four sqare mile of land and a 4 bedroom house witch he all bartered for. now i didnt say he never worked a day in his life, as he peddled veggies and fruits he got from some ones garden then shared the profit with them. so maybe thats what i should change my name too the barter boy......rtflol

Also, DW at the Lawton police department told me the National Guard has a bunch of generators they are offering for individual use. They will even haul it to your place for you. They have been sitting in their compound for the last few days because people don't know about them.

City good to see you back! Al's out of electric for at least a week they say so they haven't announced a date or poops yet. Take care in this slippery snow!lol

Sooner is it melting good in your area? We had rain on top of the snow this morning. Luckly it was above freezing. I don't think I ever saw it do that before. Ground hog didn't see his shadow here! Thank goodness.

Wow - so sorry to those still without power. Tulsa didn't have many power outages at all this time - but the roads are still bad in the neighborhoods.

I gave up on trying to catch up on the Okie posts! I'm working outside my house quite a bit these days and don't have a computer at work, so no BYC for me. Wah.

I'm glad you texted me - thanks! I've been out of town AND out of the house both. When I am here at home I have been furiously working on getting ready for jobs, so haven't had the time I am used to having to chat.

Yes the roads are clear and most of the snow was melted yesterday. Everything is a muddy mess around here.
