You're not playing with your new cell phone - you're taking a self-developed training program on upgraded communications technology.

City, have you ever considered a career in politics? You have a lovely way with words.

Hey City! - next time you are out here, you need to talk to one of the Gilbert girls. She is thinking baout a career and education in advent planning or something real close to that. Guess who i thought of....

Hey, I got the roof patched. Thinking about rolling a new metal roof into a mortgage refinance. I just shudder at the thought of adding another $2-3K to the mortgage. Every time the wind blows shingles fly. My home is only 8 years old. Might have to track down the roofers and see if there is a warranty.

Incubators are pretty easy. Position of the thermostat and fan seems to be by far the trickiest part. Depending on what the walls are made of depends on how you mount the thermostat.

It's normally pretty interesting around my house. Never know what might be going on.

A warning about metal roofs. Be very careful who you have install the roof and that they have been in business for awhile so if there is a problem and if there is it is usually a big deal to get it fixed, you want the warranty honored. Any reputable roofer will offer a warranty and if they do not keep looking. Also the price of an inexpensive metal roof is more in the neighborhood of $5-10K.

Thanks will do. I'm just tired of having patches of shingles blown off 4 - 5 times a year. I figure the metal should stay on. Also, I like the idea of white to save on the electric bill during the summer.

Boy, that's the truth. We went ahead and
ordered the 26-guage instead of the lighter
32-guage. We have about 1,700 sq. ft. and
the least bid we got was $17,500. This
sucker better last several lifetimes !!!

And, don't let them leave until someone
double checks the vent pipes that go
through the attic from your bathroom
and your hot water heater. If they don't
get them set right, the least breeze will
blow out your hot water tank........

Have a good one !

Did you have your roof replace with the metal roof?

Is there someone that your would recommed to re-roof a house?

I would love to have a green roof on our house? Our house is about 3,000 sq ft of living space, it might cost more than the $5-10 K range.
