It took me another 45 min to catch up with the posts since yesterday. Looks like folks were talking earlier this evening, while I was cleaning rabbit cages.

Has anyone been to the Noble auction on Tuesdays? I saw the same question posted a few hundred posts back, but never saw an answer from anyone.

AL-
where did you say you find your magic tangerine soft drink? I have gotten hooked on rasberry tea from the fountain - in the snack bar at my office bldg. I am looking for something different than the usual diet colas to drink on the weekend. Tangerine sounds interesting.

I went to Noble this past Tuesday, I dont know if I would exactly call it a poulty auction, its far more a junk auction with a few poulty thrown in. Of course they auctioned off all the junk first, the birds that were there were pretty rough looking. might have been 10 chickens, mostly roos, a few ducks that were mixed, and about 12 guinnes. I waited around for ever it seemed like and they were still auctioning off the junk so I left. I dont think I'll be going back anytime soon.

Sorry not me.
I think that was the Stimpster AKA Stimpy that is hooked on that soda, he found it. it does sound pretty tasty though doesn't it, Tangerine yummo. I hear tell it is addicting but Stimpy has a connection LOl.

It is difficult to have a poultry auction without much poultry to sell. I love attending auctions if there is something I want to bid on. When there are several hours of stuff I have to sit through before they get to the stuff I want, there needs to be a REALLY GOOD concession stand.

I really don't want to buy any more poultry, but I do like to attend the auctions. I am more interested in buying and selling rabbits right now. I would really like to find some Flemish Giants.

I haven't been to the auction but I did drive by the building this week. It is not a big place. I have a friend who has gone and he says it is ok but still needs to work all of the bugs out.

That was the big gripe about the Harrah auction! You can only watch so many floral arrangments and rusty coleman lanterns sell.

poultryandbees, the only chickens they had were a few old black austrolops , one barred rock, and the only decent hens were put in a makeshift trio of an EE roo, and one EE hen, then a mix hen. They did have one white rabbit, but I know nothing about rabbits so I couldnt tell you anything besides it was big and white, had red eyes if that helps.

Hi Al, Where ya been? Jumpin outa airplanes again.
I seperated a few chickens today and somewhere there is an EE in the hen house.
I got a blue egg today. It either had to come from one blue hen that had to never have laid at all last year (which is unlikey) or one of the psuedo Welsummer/ RI crosses. Now I have to find out which one is the culprit.
