I am glad you clarified that you don't already have 275 eggs waiting to be incubated. I was thinking about how many dozen that would be as I was feeding last night and wondering how many laying poultry you had and how long it would take to collect that many eggs.

Marybeth : I need a small favor. please do not urge my DW to buy any rabbits tonight, for if you do I shall never forgive you LOL. Carla & Gerald try that trick all the time on my DD Alyssa when I bring her to the auctions, luckily I was nearby to do the whole head shaking thing LOL.

Morning Okies.

Hope all have a great day.

Peaches has a work day planned for me but she and Hot Dog are still sleeping. She doesn't know I'm on here or she would be telling me what to post.

We might need a brooder and a new and improved incubator, Peaches bought more eggs last night at Alex and Bo sent her some more too.

We had a good time, not a lot of birds but some pretty ones though.

Al, would "giving" her a rabbit for a Valentines present be a bad idea also?

I am very familiar with the sales tactics of Gerald, with children. I have lost count of the number of turkeys and silkies and baby chicks that Jaxon "just had to have" after he held them at the Spring and Fall People of Oklahoma Poultry Swap.

I don't know what happened to the weather but the weather men sure messed up this time. It was supposed to be 51 degrees here today. By now it was supposed to be in the forties and it's only 31!!! I guess I'll just have to bundle up as usual and go on and clean stalls. I was sure looking foreward to some warmer temps out there. Oh well, maybe if I work hard enough I'll stay warm.

Have a Blessed DAy!

Maribeth you need a nap if you are gonna survive tonight.

As of right now, I am planning on being at Blanchard.

I am gonna try and protect myself from buying anything
by driving my wife's car to the auction.

hi guys- remember my problem with PJ the cochin and the roo? well, she has pretty much accepted the roo, but now the other hens are beating up on her, her comb is bleeding- i pulled her out again today- got to thinking, wonder if she could be integrated into the little banty flock? 2 silkies, a duccle and ee/cochin mix? what do you all think?
